Delete your Postcard Pour data

Postcard Pour: Marble Puzzle by ASTERI GAME STUDIO TEKNOLOJİ SANAYİ TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ

In the game (fastest): open Postcard Pour > Settings > Delete my data > Delete. This immediately deletes your cloud save, your game account, the analytics IDs on this device and the save on this device. If your save is linked to Game Center or Google Play Games, you may be asked to confirm that account first.

Without the game: email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my Postcard Pour data" and include one of:

• your Player ID, shown in Settings ("Player ID: …"), or
• the device you played on (iPhone/Android) and the approximate date you last played, or
• your Game Center / Google Play Games player name, if you linked it.

We will delete your cloud save and game account, ask our providers to delete your purchase profile (RevenueCat) and analytics data (GameAnalytics, Google Analytics for Firebase), confirm by email, and complete the request within 30 days.

What is deleted: progress, coins, boosters, lives, postcards and album pages, account link, analytics events linked to your IDs.
What we keep: records of purchases required by tax and consumer law (product, price, date, store transaction ID), for the legally required period. Apple and Google keep their own purchase records.
Deleting your data does not cancel or refund purchases; refunds are requested from Apple or Google.

Postcard Pour verilerini silme

Postcard Pour: Marble Puzzle, ASTERI GAME STUDIO TEKNOLOJİ SANAYİ TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ

Oyunda (en hızlı yol): Postcard Pour > Settings > Delete my data > Delete.

Silinenler: ilerleme, coin, booster, can, kartpostallar ve albüm sayfaları, hesap bağlantısı, kimliklerinize bağlı analitik olaylar.
Saklananlar: vergi ve tüketici mevzuatının gerektirdiği satın alma kayıtları (ürün, fiyat, tarih, mağaza işlem numarası), yasal süre boyunca. Apple ve Google kendi satın alma kayıtlarını tutar.
Veri silmek satın almayı iptal etmez veya iade etmez; iade Apple veya Google'dan istenir.
