Cookie Pour Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data the mobile game Cookie Pour ("the game") collects, why, who receives it, and your choices. The game is published by ASTERI GAME STUDIO TEKNOLOJİ SANAYİ TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ, Muratpaşa Mah. Uluyol Cad. 1. Summary
- You can play without creating an account. The game creates an anonymous account to save your progress in the cloud.
- We use analytics to improve the game and show ads to keep it free. Some ads may be personalised if you allow it.
- Payments are handled by Apple or Google. We never see your card details.
- You can delete your data in the game: Settings > Delete my data, or at https://asteri.gs/cookiepour/delete-data.html.

We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, messages or health data, and we do not sell your personal data.
Leaderboard. Other players of the game see your leaderboard entry: the name and avatar you chose, your country, the stars you won this week and the highest level you reached. Pick a name you are happy to show; you can change it any time with the profile button on the leaderboard. Settings > Delete my data deletes your leaderboard entry together with your cloud save. The weekly board starts again every Monday. The leaderboard also shows the game's own characters (Rosie, Milo, Lulu, Theo and Captain Mo), marked "Cookie Pour cast": they are not real players, their scores are set by the game, and they are never counted when the game tells you how you compare with other players.
3. Who receives your data
- Service providers that process data for us: Google (Firebase, Google Analytics for Firebase), GameAnalytics, RevenueCat. They may only use it to provide their service to us.
- Google AdMob receives the advertising data above and uses it as described in Google's policies: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
- Meta Platforms receives the ad measurement events above and uses them under its own privacy policy: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy. You can manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings.
- Apple and Google process payments and platform sign-in under their own privacy policies.
- Authorities, if the law requires it.
4. International transfers
Our providers process data in the United States and other countries, including outside the EEA, the UK and Türkiye. We rely on the safeguards the law provides, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, for Türkiye, the standard contracts approved by the Personal Data Protection Authority. Cloud saves are stored in Google Cloud's European region.
5. Retention
- Cloud save and account: until you delete them (Settings > Delete my data) or ask us to.
- Analytics data: pseudonymous event data is kept for up to 14 months, then deleted or aggregated.
- Purchase records: kept as long as tax, accounting and consumer law require, even after account deletion.
- Local data on your device: until you delete the game or your data.
6. Your choices and rights
- Tracking (iOS): you can allow or deny tracking in the system prompt and later in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. The game works the same either way.
- Advertising ID (Android): you can reset or delete it in Android settings.
- Ad consent (EEA, UK, Switzerland): change it any time in Settings > Privacy options.
- Delete your data: Settings > Delete my data deletes your cloud save, your leaderboard entry, your game account and the save on your device. To also delete purchase and analytics data held by our providers, email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my data" (or use the web page below). We reply within 30 days.
- Depending on where you live (for example the EEA, the UK or Türkiye), you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Türkiye, the Personal Data Protection Authority, KVKK).
7. Children
Cookie Pour is not directed at children under 13 (under 16 in some EEA countries). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has given us data, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.
8. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS). Cloud saves are only readable by the account that wrote them.
9. Changes
We will update this page and the date above when this policy changes. Material changes will be shown in the game.

1. Özet
- Hesap açmadan oynayabilirsiniz. Oyun, ilerlemenizi bulutta saklamak için anonim bir hesap oluşturur.
- Oyunu geliştirmek için analitik, ücretsiz tutmak için reklam kullanırız. İzin verirseniz bazı reklamlar kişiselleştirilebilir.
- Ödemeleri Apple veya Google alır; kart bilgilerinizi görmeyiz.

Kesin konumunuzu, rehberinizi, fotoğraflarınızı, mesajlarınızı veya sağlık verilerinizi toplamayız; kişisel verilerinizi satmayız. Veriler, oyunu yüklemeniz ve oynamanızla otomatik yollarla toplanır.
Sıralama. Oyunun diğer oyuncuları sıralama kaydınızı görür: seçtiğiniz ad ve avatar, ülkeniz, bu hafta kazandığınız yıldızlar ve ulaştığınız en yüksek level. Göstermekten rahatsız olmayacağınız bir ad seçin; adı istediğiniz zaman sıralamadaki profil düğmesinden değiştirebilirsiniz. Settings > Delete my data, sıralama kaydınızı bulut kaydınızla birlikte siler. Haftalık sıralama her pazartesi yeniden başlar. Sıralamada oyunun kendi karakterleri (Rosie, Milo, Lulu, Theo ve Kaptan Mo) de "Cookie Pour karakteri" etiketiyle yer alır: gerçek oyuncu değildirler, puanlarını oyun belirler ve oyun sizi diğer oyuncularla karşılaştırırken hiçbir zaman hesaba katılmazlar.
3. Aktarılan taraflar
- Bizim adımıza işleyen hizmet sağlayıcılar: Google (Firebase, Google Analytics for Firebase), GameAnalytics, RevenueCat. Veriyi yalnız bize hizmet vermek için kullanabilirler.
- Google AdMob, yukarıdaki reklam verilerini alır ve Google politikalarına göre kullanır: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
- Meta Platforms, yukarıdaki reklam ölçüm olaylarını alır ve kendi gizlilik politikasına göre kullanır: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy. Reklam tercihlerinizi Facebook veya Instagram ayarlarınızdan yönetebilirsiniz.
- Apple ve Google, ödemeleri ve platform girişini kendi gizlilik politikalarına göre işler.
- Kanunen yetkili kamu kurumları, talep halinde.
4. Yurt dışına aktarım
Hizmet sağlayıcılarımız verileri ABD dahil Türkiye dışındaki ülkelerde işler. Aktarım, KVKK madde 9 ve Kişisel Verilerin Yurt Dışına Aktarılmasına İlişkin Usul ve Esaslar Hakkında Yönetmelik uyarınca Kurul'un ilan ettiği standart sözleşmeler (ve Kurum'a bildirimi) ile yapılır. Bulut kayıtları Google Cloud'un Avrupa bölgesinde saklanır.
5. Saklama süreleri
- Bulut kaydı ve hesap: siz silene (Settings > Delete my data) ya da talep edene kadar.
- Analitik veriler: takma adlı olay verisi en fazla 14 ay, sonra silinir veya anonim hale getirilir.
- Satın alma kayıtları: hesap silinse bile vergi, muhasebe ve tüketici mevzuatının gerektirdiği süre boyunca.
- Cihazınızdaki yerel veri: oyunu veya verilerinizi silene kadar.
6. Seçimleriniz ve KVKK madde 11 kapsamındaki haklarınız
- İzleme (iOS): sistem penceresinde ve sonra iOS Ayarlar > Gizlilik ve Güvenlik > İzleme'den izin verebilir veya reddedebilirsiniz. Oyun her iki durumda da aynı çalışır.
- Reklam kimliği (Android): Android ayarlarından sıfırlayabilir veya silebilirsiniz.
- Verilerinizi silme: Settings > Delete my data bulut kaydınızı, sıralama kaydınızı, oyun hesabınızı ve cihazdaki kaydı siler. Hizmet sağlayıcılarımızdaki satın alma ve analitik verilerinin de silinmesi için "Delete my data" konulu e-postayı [email protected] adresine gönderin veya aşağıdaki sayfayı kullanın.
- KVKK madde 11 uyarınca; verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, bilgi talep etme, işleme amacını ve amaca uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme, aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme, eksik veya yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini, silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme, bu işlemlerin aktarılan üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme, münhasıran otomatik sistemlerle analiz sonucu aleyhinize bir sonuca itiraz etme ve kanuna aykırı işleme nedeniyle zararın giderilmesini talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz. 7. Çocuklar
Cookie Pour 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir. Çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamayız. Bir çocuğun veri verdiğini düşünüyorsanız [email protected] adresine yazın; veriyi sileriz.
8. Güvenlik
Veriler aktarım sırasında şifrelenir (TLS). Bulut kayıtlarını yalnız onu yazan hesap okuyabilir.
9. Değişiklikler
Politika değişirse bu sayfayı ve yukarıdaki tarihi güncelleriz; önemli değişiklikleri oyunda gösteririz.
